Delivery & Returns

Customer experience is a top priority for us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. For Trillium Trail products, the returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging. For vintage products, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped.

 

Order processing may take up to 7 days, although we typically ship within 48 hours. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.
